Terms of delivery

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Order processing time is calculated from the time a customer receives an email “Confirmation of the rental inquiry”. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Order shipping time is calculated from the time a customer receives an email “Shipping confirmation”. Shipping time is the time when the item leaves Switchooo, how long it takes to get to the customer’s destination.

We currently ship only to Finland.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email once your order has been shipped

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service via email asiakaspalvelu@switchooo.com in 24 hours from receiving the device.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
